Shipping & Returns
The dispatch takes place immediately and is regulated by the company Hermes or DPD and outside of Europe by post. Depending on the shipping location, we reserve the right to choose the delivery company. This serves to deliver the packages as promptly as possible and to send the shipment tracking to the customer as quickly as possible. The prices for packaging and shipping vary depending on the size of the shipment and the recipient country and will be displayed and calculated before you complete the ordering process.
The return of products depends on the product group. There is a return slip for MIGRO products and the amount will be refunded or the goods will be replaced with a new product. In the case of cosmetics or oils, the goods can only be returned if they are not used. Complaints about goods in these categories, simply speak to us by email.
